I don’t think I could possible express my gratitude and appreciation towards Ethan, on the recent sale of my home. Initially, I held open houses myself and Ethan showed both times, checking to see if he could be of assistance. I was impressed with his enthusiasm and passion for his career, as well as, his vast education outside of just real estate and advanced classes in real estate. I did sign with a different agent at first who did not keep his word and made no effort to sell my home. He lacked care, passion and marketing skills (plus his interpersonal skills were terrible). Many may see Ethan as a “newbie” and a young agent, but they are missing his drive and his dedication for those he is working with. He continues to dedicate his every moment of time to advanced education and to helping his clients above and beyond what is ever imaginable for his clients. What you get with Ethan is kindness, passion and a drive as well as, extreme knowledge which allows for nothing to get through the cracks. As a matter of fact, the buying agent did some pretty shady things within the contract, addendum, etc and Ethan caught all of it, mandating he change it and standing his ground for our best interest. Without his advanced knowledge I would have been in dire straights with the contract and sale of my home. My home was listed for 40 days prior to Ethan, and within 20 days we had above asking price for my home, the sale was smooth (not for Ethan, but for me), and I actually moved out of the state leaving my home in his hands after we were under contract. He took excellent care of my home -letting me know he would take care of the property and never asked for anything for himself. After closing, Ethan has continued to communicate with me helping me tie up loose ends, providing necessary documents etc. He is ALWAYS available to his clients. Please know that I myself am highly educated and I expect a lot from a professional. Ethan met and exceeded all those and then some. His marketing skills are superior to any agent I have ever used, which is why my home sold above asking price and so quickly -which I was competing with NEW homes in my neighborhood, which is a hard thing to do. If you want to sell or purchase a home, Ethan is your guy. He will work 24/7 for you, without concern for his needs or time. I actually feel sorry for the purchasers of my home, as their agent was so shady and mislead them. Ethan made sure that all parties were fairly treated. If you want to sell, marketing is critical and Ethan is an expert. If you are purchasing, he will search and make sure you have all you want and then some. Go with Ethan, you will be so grateful that you did. I certainly couldn’t have asked for more and consider him a good friend now -who I will always use when purchasing or selling my homes. Lastly, as I am writing this Ethan is texting me to make sure I have documents that I need to cancel my home owners insurance. Trust me, he’s the best and I cannot wait to see where his career is in another 10 years. Best wishes on the sale or purchase of your home.
