Ethan Morrison
Hello,
I am Ethan Morrison, a Florida-based Realtor with a particular focus on the residential / investment market in Freeport, Niceville, Destin, Defuniak Springs, and Santa Rosa Beach. I am proud to say that I’ve been calling this area my home all my life, and I am stoked for the opportunity to be able to serve all of Walton county with my work.
My professional path started at Northwest Florida State College, where I received my Associates in Arts degree.
Later, I enrolled at the Florida State University, where I worked towards my bachelor’s of science in Political Science with a minor in business.
The Real Estate industry has always been my passion, and I have earned several important designations and certifications from the National Association of Realtors, including e-PRO, underlying my outlook for the latest technology in the industry, as well as RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist), as well as SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource), as well as AHWD (At Home with Diversity), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and GRI graduate designation.
I am also honored to have been chosen as the winner of the 2017 North Walton Realtor of the Year Award.
My extensive range of professional real estate designations and certifications is a perfect match to my intimate knowledge of all aspects of local living, being born and raised right here.
