Hello,
I am Ricky Fannin, Ethan’s cousin, and also a Florida-based Realtor with a particular focus on the residential/ investment markets in Freeport, Santa Rosa Beach, Niceville, Destin, and Panama City Beach. However, I will go anywhere in Florida where someone needs my help. I was also lucky enough to grow up here in beautiful Walton County. It’s not often people get to say they grew up in paradise.
I’ve had many professional endeavors in my life but they all circle back to real estate. I received my Associate of Arts degree from Okaloosa-Walton Community College and later earned my Bachelor’s in Science Degree in Social Sciences from Florida State University.
Obtaining my real estate license in 2005 was just the start. I’ve worked along side one of the Top Producing Real Estate Teams in our area managing over 75 million dollars worth of closings a year as their Executive Assistant and Transaction Coordinator for over 3 years.
I’m an advocate for locals and spend most of my time helping others and my community. I have proudly served on the Freeport City Planning Board and am currently on the Advisory Counsel for Safe Water for Walton, a local non-profit whose sole mission is to preserve and protect our Florida waterways and drinking water.
